Carey, NC Location! Work from Home! Immediate start date.
Patient Advocate, benefits investigation, alternate funding research.
- Assess benefits to determine patient financial responsibility
- Responsible to research patient alternate funding, foundation assistance
- Responsible to assist providers with claim assistance, reimbursement
- Insurance verification
- Coordinate prior authorizations
- Understand and assist patients with EOB and COB
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Pharmacy Experience required
- Customer Service Experience Required
- Medical Experience required - insurance verification, claims, patient assistance
- Minimum 3-5 years
