Job Description

This is a Senior position and MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIZING IN COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - PREFERRED WITH EXECUTIVES!

Company: Emergent Holdings (not CVS)

Schedule: M-F 8-5p In office but will have remote opportunity some days of the week

SUMMARY: Provides professional administration of compensation and benefit programs. Analyzes total rewards programs and makes recommendations to support company initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

-Coordinates benefit plans and policies communications to ensure the biggest return and to educate the employee population about both the content and the value of the programs being provided.

-Responsible for the ongoing implementation, development and administration of the Company's wellness program.

-Oversees administration of the vehicle stipend monthly and annual program. Advises eligible employees on program enrollment and compliance questions.

-Serves as a primary resource to tier one team for assistance in resolving retirement and executive benefits.

-Assists with the coordination and maintenance of executive compensation programs including preparation of the annual merit process, incentive awards and production of total rewards statements.

-Administers the Executive Death Benefit Plan and Executive Deferred Compensation program.

-Participates in evaluation of job content for director level jobs and above to determine grade, title, pay, represented status and FLSA designation based on job analysis, internal equity and market competitiveness.

-Manages executive merit process.

-Plans the coordination, administration, and reporting of annual compensation programs including merit review and cash incentive programs.

-Leads Executive Benefit orientation sessions.

-Conducts periodic data audits and collaborates with other team members to ensure data integrity.

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree required with a major in Business Management, Human Resource Management or Organizational Development preferred. Continuous learning required, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy.

A current Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, OR progress toward required.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years combined experience in a human resource environment administering benefit programs and/or the analysis, design and administration of compensation programs is required.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications.

-Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required, with exceptional logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability.

-Ability to negotiate while establishing and maintaining effective working and client relationships.

-Knowledge of the benefit and compensation regulatory environment.

-Knowledge of defined contribution and retirement program administrative processes.

-Expert skills in using Microsoft Excel including the ability to turn a large volume of data into meaningful information.

-Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.

-Demonstrated effectiveness with both verbal and written skills with strong customer focus.

-Ability to organize, set priorities, completes multiple projects within established deadlines and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

-Detail oriented with good planning/organizational skills. -Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Client is poised to change the US HealthCare system by making care accessible and affordable to anyone who needs it and by reducing billions of dollars of unnecessary healthcare costs in America.

On the backend, Hospitals and Insurance companies parter with client and give us huge lead-lists of patients to enroll in our program. Both these types of partners are incentivized to have their patients use us rather than any other form of provider because it saves them 5-10X per patient.

On the consumer side of the business, which is my focal point as Head of Growth, we're an on-demand healthcare option for patients and can treat anything other than life-threatening emergencies. We accept any and all insurance, and we arrive at your home in 30 minutes or less. When we show up, an EMT is there in-person to check your vitals, etc..., and then he/she takes out an ipad and brings a Doctor up virtually for the remainder of the visit. It's basically the return of the old school "House Call". Right now all of our business comes through inbound calls to our hotline but we just released our app across iOS and Android, the front-end of which was created by the same design firm that created Uber's UI. We view the app as the future medium of growth for our consumer HouseCall business.

We're live in New Orleans and Vegas, and plan to launch 3-5 more markets over the next 1 year.
