What?s the job?
As a Business Development Manager you will create connections with business stakeholders, hotel owners, and lenders to connect Reliance Hospitality/Reliance Hotel Group's services and experience to create long-term profitable business relationships.
Your day-to-day
- Through sales and marketing efforts, help ensure the company reaches its sales growth targets
- Responsible for all aspects of business development/sales pursuits in assigned area; including financials, solutioning, development of win strategy, leadership of all client-facing meetings, and contract negotiations
- Up to 80% Travel required
- Facilitates and contributes a major role in all sales and marketing efforts from lead generation through relationship management
- Secure new client accounts by sales methods - including cold calling, networking, etc
- Develop marketing and sales strategy and goals for assigned area/region or client type
- Gain knowledge of target areas/regions and develop relationships with key contacts in those areas
- Report status of sales activity and results to the Executive team as requested
- Develop solutions within the practice framework to meet needs
- Review business journals, sales data, and other sources to identify potential client targets
- Make sales presentations to prospective and current clients as well as firm personnel
