We are an established real estate company looking to grow our team. Our company has helped many clients buy sell, and manage property in Southern California for the past 20 years. We are searching for someone with a friendly and professional attitude to serve as our Marketing Coordinator.
As a part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not all responsibilities are listed here):
· Assist with Social Media (Instagram, Facebook) & Print Advertising Materials
· Greeting Tenants and Guests
·Answering and Directing Phone Calls
· Administrative Work Relating to Property Management
·Must Maintain databases, websites, marketing, mailings, schedule appointments and property showings, and more.

Qualities Desired in a Candidate:
· Bilingual: Spanish & English
· Excellent Speaking & Writing Skills
· MUST BE A TECHNOLOGY GURU. MUST BE VERY SAVVY WITH SOCIAL MEDIA (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, ETC. / (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK):
· Proficient with Adobe Photoshop
· Ability to work well with teams
· Previous work in a professional/office setting preferred
· Education: Minimum High School or Equivalent
Compensation is based off of experience and may range from $12 to $16 per hour.
