Admissions mentors and provides leadership to execute the graduate recruitment and enrollment plan and drives the team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals while exhibiting professionalism, adhering to compliance regulations, and operating within ethical standards. Reports to the Integrator/SVP of Enrollment and Student Success and is responsible for determining accountabilities, as well as communicating and enforcing Relearnit's values, policies and procedures. Develops operational strategies, evaluates trends, determines productivity guidelines, generates customer service strategies, resolves problems, implements change, provides direction, and establishes departmental objectives in line with Relearnit's mission.
Works closely with the SVP of Marketing, other senior leaders, and university partners to ensure goals and objectives produce desired results for the universities and the students we serve. Maintains an exceptional rapport and relationship with partner university faculty, staff members, and various educational organizations/networks. Develops contact, enrollment and retention goals, as well as assigning student caseloads and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI), to consistently achieve year over year incremental enrollment growth.
Provide staff orientation, assign job functions, assess performance, and motivate staff to exceed set goals and expectations through yearly performance evaluations, on-going mentoring and periodic compensation model reviews. Implement best practice in online admissions, document management, student relationship management and application review processes. Enhance the Admission department by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and innovative techniques, exploring unique opportunities and adding value to the department, job assignments and accomplishments.
Identify opportunities for improvement of processes and procedures at the end of each intake cycle with results being used to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. Maintain a database of qualified applicants and transfers to the university by analyzing trends in student enrollment and marketing activities for the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment strategies. Gain respect of diverse individual groups by demonstrating the ability to engage and respond to the concerns and interest of diverse communities.
Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.ENVIRONMENT: The Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions needs to be able to adjust to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
