Project Manager - Automation Industry

Reich Installation Services is looking to add to our growing team! We are seeking a Traveling Project Manager who is open/willing to be hands on. Our Team works with customers to meet expectations and deliver install services in a safe but timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall teams and project items for automation projects
• Develop and manage multiple, concurrent project plan schedules while monitoring projects daily to track progress against the work plan schedules
• Act as a primary point of contact on projects
• Routinely communicate project status and schedule to executive management and related project team members 
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the financial performance of the project
• Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress, identify gaps in communication or schedule, provide support to teams balancing competing priorities and drive results
• Align, monitor, and drive to closure project milestones and technical deliverables
• Following-up on open issues and action items to ensure they are resolved

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of project management experience
• Prior experience managing people or processes
• Experience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and leadership skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 70-80% required but can be negotiated
