Job Description Regional Hospitality and Real Estate Development Firm is seeking an Experienced Accountant to take 30 year old Company to next level. Working within our practice, we seek a team player to help us transition to new Central Offices and Operations and provide Accounting services to our different Departments, including the CEO and COO, accounting/ERP software selection and implementation, forecasting and analytics, and general accounting and bookkeeping services, recording and interacting with our external CPA firm. This dynamic position will require you to wear many hats.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day to day Bookkeeping functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Banks, Payroll and all aspects of the Office operations.

Analyze current operations and business performance, identifying opportunities and barriers to achieve both short- and long-term objectives Support leadership teams in formulating and executing strategic plans and value creation initiatives, particularly through their finance and accounting functions Develop and refine different departments accounting frameworks, workflows and systems to improve the quality and precision of financial reports and metrics, accelerate monthly closes and create real-time visibility and clarity Evaluate our existing accounting/ERP systems and their integrations with other tools. Identify opportunities for enhancement/replacement and lead their implementation Propose and work with executives to employ solutions that streamline operations, optimize pricing and cost structure, and maximize profitability. Identify and exploit balance sheet, cash flow and other improvement opportunities Seek innovative ways to develop and prepare financial reports, KPIs, analytics, executive decks and dashboards that are insightful yet straightforward Collaborate with Human Resource Department and Payroll Company and ensure compliance Present financial and operating results to leadership teams, and collaborate with them to interpret and respond Qualifications : Ability to streamline procedures for our Accounts Receivable and reconcile the different Revenue Centers of our Restaurant POS systems.

Restaurant Accounting Experience is a plus. 5 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to multiple privately-held businesses A track record of hands-on financial bookkeeping in an entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite QuickBooks experience required Valid driver's license and vehicle for local travel to our locations Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with curiosity, open-mindedness and superior analytical and reasoning skills Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to get along with diverse personalities To be considered, please forward a resume and answer the questionnaire.
