A keen eye for artistic layout and vision. We already have a Social Media Manager, so we need someone that can take a deeper look to create a data driven approach to growth marketing, not just simply clicks, likes, and shares. The Growth Marketing Manager will be an intraviral part of our Revenue Generating, Membership Conversion strategy Someone that fully understands the impact of a good podcast, can decode the data post content review, and is our full-time marketing vision leader As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing coordinator working in conjunction with the social media manager so leadership and mentorship skills are a must.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Required experience: 3 years in Direct to Consumer (D2C) Product Exposure 3 years in Advertisement Management Membership Conversation Asset Creation for the brand, Brand awareness and Enforcement Working knowledge of design, email marketing, and website tools, like Figma, Sendgrid, and Webflow highly preferred 3 years SEO experience preferred Strong knowledge of visual and graphic design. Ability to create and edit photo, video and podcast content.
Expert copywriting skills (for captions, newsletter, etc). Good project management skills for planning and executing content strategy through email and social media. Proven track record and success in designing and implementing revenue growth strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort working with and building strategies with administrative leadership across various colleges and universities. Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
