Our growing dealership is looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Sales Department. Duties include general clerical, research, and project-based work. The Sales Administrator projects a professional image through in-person and phone interaction. Duties Include: Update new & used vehicle inventory list Reconciling sales deals Spreadsheet preparation for analysis and reporting purposes Update used vehicles pricing and inventory status Update forms as required Support Managers with project-related work including budgeting, inventory control Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing Qualifications Include: Previous experience in an automotive service department preferred Post-secondary administrative training or equivalent practical experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and/or extensive computer knowledge Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Join a great team and apply now
