Our company operates a distribution network selling mechanical insulation products in strategic locations throughout Western Canada to serve the industrial and commercial markets. We are looking for an Administrative Clerk (Full-Time) to join our team at our Head Office located in Burnaby, BC. Duties Include: Maintain a 'Safety First' attitude in everything you do Take an active role in maintaining a safe and harassment free work environment Ensure all vendor invoices are posted in the ERP system Prepare bank deposits Post all customer payments into the ERP system Process daily mail Assist with A/R Assist with incoming calls Ensure strict adherence to the company policies and procedures Cooperate with other managers and administrators within the company to promote harmony and efficiency. Perform other duties as may be required from time to time when deemed necessary Qualifications: Ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment Should be proficient in data entry and be comfortable working with Excel and Word Excellent communicator and willing to learn new tasks Good organizational skills and being self motivated is a key attribute Compensation:We offer and excellent pay range based on experience in addition to a medical and dental benefits package after a brief probation period.
