Job Description
Job purposeThe role of the Project Manager (PM) involves directing and managing various business projects and initiatives within the company. The PM provides management of all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.The candidate should work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Managing multiple projects, potentially in parallel.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with technical project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  • Schedule and manage meetings and workstreams to support the project’s implementation.
  • Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
  • Document business requirements to clearly outline the project’s needs, including any training or communication needs.
  • Conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure issues and solutions are understood.
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Establish timelines and milestones to effectively manage the project.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks.
  • Execute a successful transition to the project’s business sponsor/representative at the completion of the project.
  • Ensure that appropriate project status reports are compiled on assigned projects.
  • Other duties related to project management/business operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite [Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc]
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI Certified
  • Consumer Finance experience
  • Experience with Nortridge Loan System (NLS)
  • Experience with JIRA
