Eating Disorder Alumni Coordinator

Job Description

 Refresh Mental Health is looking for an Alumni coordinator to work with all of Refresh Mental Health’s Eating Disorder programs. In this role, you will work with populations from multiple facilities to help provide support after they leave treatment. You will be responsible for doing outreach to clients, outcome monitoring, hosting events, monthly email contacts, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through various platforms and communication channels in regards to alumni events, outcome tracking, news and updates on their facilities, etc
  • Plan and coordinate alumni events for each facility that will keep clients engaged in the community
  • Track and monitor outcomes based on responses from clients and their experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the staff at each facility to better provide support to Alumni
  • Draft and send out monthly email communications to all Alumni providing any updates or information on upcoming events
  • Be available to travel between different facilities to engage with the Alumni population at each facility

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’s degree required
  • Minimum of two years experience working in the Eating Disorder or Mental Health field
  • Experience in an Alumni coordinator role preferred
  • Sales or marketing experience would be looked upon favorably
  • Proficiency with MS Office and social media platforms required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments/tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
