At Reflex Performance Resources Inc. we specialize in the manufacturing and sale of activewear apparel worldwide, including our Reflex, 90 Degree by Reflex, Yogalicious and Bootyful Brands, as well as private label and in-house brands for a variety of national retailers.
We are now seeking an applicant for a full time position as an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate.
- Provide Customer Service by responding to messages, emails and phone calls, as well as direct messages on brand social media accounts.
- Research social media for potential brand ambassadors and influencer collaborations.
- Strong interest / current understanding of all common social media.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally and courteously interact with customers across all mediums. (Email, Phone, Messaging, Social Media, etc.)
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
This position is part of our E-Commerce Group, which operates our brand websites, marketplace accounts (Amazon.com / Walmart / etc.), social media accounts, digital marketing accounts (Google AdWords etc.) and email marketing accounts. We view this Customer Service role as an opportunity for the right candidate to familiarize themselves with our product line as well as the general operations of the E-Commerce Group, as previous holders of this position have been promoted internally to roles including Social Media Account Management, Amazon Catalog Management and Graphic Design.
