Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients via phone and/or email to answer questions, provide updates, and guidance regarding client status
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining client documentation
  • Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on client requests and commitments
  • Organize and update client information within CRM
  • Provide administrative support according to the needs of the company
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company
  • Other job duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:

  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in an administrative role
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have intermediate computer skills to learn and navigate a customer relationship management system (CRM system)
  • Exceptional organizational, follow up, and completion skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and willing to cover a multitude of ever-changing tasks at hand
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ownership, communication and partnering skills
  • Willingness to multitask, follow established standards, and ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field
  • Basic understanding of Timeshare or comparable industry

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position requires the manual dexterity sufficient to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment, and the ability to sit and to use a computer for significant periods of time
  • Work performed in an office setting with little or no safety or health hazards
  • May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
