Shift: Day, normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
  • Facilitate interview scheduling process - contact candidates to determine availability, coordinate interview times with hiring supervisors and applicants, and send interview notices to all participants.
  • Send regret letters and prepare offer letters as needed. May need to follow up with hiring managers to determine interview process status.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Update applicants on the status of applications.
  • Meets with new hires as a point of contact to manage and schedule the logistics of pre-employment testing and new employee orientation.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings) and communicates employment information to new hires as necessary.
  • Manage data in applicant tracking system; updating applicant status and information; running reports as necessary.
  • Requires six months to one year of human resources or office assistant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?
  • Associate's Degree (A. A.) or equivalent in human resources, business administration, management, or other related field of study from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Requires six months to one year of human resources or office assistant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software for creating reports and correspondence
