Looking for a bright, energetic superstar to provide customer service for software implementation projects at our downtown Boston software firm.

Fund Accounting knowledge is ideal.

Position

As a Client Service Analyst, provide platinum-level client production support, product knowledge transfer, and incident resolution to Redi2’s diverse and prestigious production clients as part of the Client Services group within the Investment Management (IM) line of business. This position reports to the IM Director of Operations.

 

Outcomes

These are the expectations that Redi2 has of an “A player” Client Service Analyst:

1. Attain and increase expertise of Redi2 Technologies’ software products by being hands-on and creating/maintaining strong relationships with Redi2 QA, Engineering and Product Management.

2. Field incoming service desk calls/emails and formally log and track incidents using JIRA, the corporate-sanctioned issue-tracking tool.

3. Independently troubleshoot and solve (or effectively escalate) client incidents.

4. Thoroughly investigate and/or reproduce reported client incidents, even those that require escalation to Redi2 IT or Engineering.

5. Manage client expectations on delivery of solutions and/or workarounds.

6. Follow-up with required parties on outstanding service desk incidents and understand status of each item on a regular basis.

7. Effectively work with individuals of varying technical and business understanding; should be able to adjust communication style based on targeted audience.

8. Work with Redi2 Relationship Managers and other Redi2 Product Support Analysts to help transition new clients from the implementation phase into production support.

9. Produce and distribute monthly client incident reports.

10. Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.

 

Competencies

These are the competencies that an “A player” Client Service Analyst brings to Redi2:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Accounting or Finance major is preferred. Computer Science or Management Information Systems minor is a plus.

2. 1-2 years of experience in fund accounting or comparable discipline.

3. Proficient in MS Office.

4. Experience with SQL; understanding how relational databases work is a plus.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

7. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal team members.

8. Able to work in a multi-cultural environment, interacting with client staff from a variety of cultures, backgrounds and first languages.

9. Solid understanding of software operating systems and a basic understanding of database applications and User Interfaces (UI).

10. Experience writing technical documents (user guides, user requirements, etc.).

11. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.

12. Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

13. Detail-oriented.

14. Great team player.
