Redi Carpet is searching for a best in class Sales Manager. This person is valuable member of the management team and responsible for developing and managing the branch sales force. The sales manager will hire and develop new Account Managers and assist them with managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and achieving gross targets.

  • Supportlocalpricingstrategy
  • Supportallregionalandnationalaccountprograms
  • DrivecompliancewithAccountManagersofallcompanyinitiatives
  • Maintainrelationshipswithkeycustomers
  • Beactivelyinvolvedinlocaltradeassociationsandtradeshows
  • Developbasicunderstandingofsoftwarerelatedfunctionsrelatedtosalesmanagement
  • Manageprojectsasrequestedbyimmediatesupervisor

Qualifications

  • 3+yearsofoutsidesalesexperience
  • 1+yearsofmulti-familyorflooringindustryexperienceispreferred
