Job Description

RedMatter Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. RadiantLogic Solutions Architect/Developer responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive account management and identity synchronization solutions to our growing customer base. This often encompasses the entire lifecycle of an identity management deployment and consists of requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to support. This is both an architectural and technical role and requires high-level business acumen coupled with deep technical knowledge of identity management products and system design principles. In addition to being technically proficient individual, the candidate should have exceptional time management and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen

  • Required Clearance: None, but be able to obtain Public Trust

  • 8 years demonstrated experience providing expertise and support for complex IT and ICAM solutions and systems

  • Demonstrated expertise in RadiantLogic including FID and ICE

  • Certification or training from RadiantLogic

  • Ability to work independently, think strategically and proven diagnostic ability are critical

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Expert understanding and ability to apply concepts of identity, directories, databases, schema, structure, protocol, LDAP, REST, SCIM, and API integration.

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Security and Network Management

  • Specific knowledge of directories such as Radiant Logic, Active Directory, ADLDS, SunOne/ODSEE, OpenDJ, IBM TDS, NetIQ eDirectory/NDS, IBM TDS and Domino

  • Well versed in the fundamentals of SQL databases on Windows and Linux as well as experience with relational databases and use of SQL including experience with various databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL

  • Some experience scripting for Windows and/or Linux (Bash, Powershel, Python, etc.)

  • Specific knowledge of Active Directory and directories such as SunOne, OpenDJ

  • Experience with Web Services, protocols, and frameworks such as SAML2, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, OAuth, SOAP, REST

Required Skills:

  • Ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, on the fly at a whiteboard session or during presentation/demonstration of the solution

  • Able to effectively communicate to audiences of varying technical levels in the business

  • Capable of articulating solution-driven value propositions with a focus on selling business outcomes and benefits, not just technology solutions

  • Excellent in person presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience with the concepts in the security, identity and access management space including web access management, application federation, and identity federation, single sign on, provisioning, governance, privilege account management, ISaaS, zero trust, hybrid cloud, and customer identity and access management.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Executive presence; excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven influencing skills

  • AuthN/AuthZ methods such PKI, certificate-based authentication, Kerberos, XACML,

  • ABAC/RBAC, Multi Factor Authentication, SmartCards/PIV/CAC

  • Working knowledge of Linux security concepts and administration, and administering MS platforms

  • Provisioning and management of user and groups in Linux and Windows

  • Working knowledge of Kerberos

Job Functions:

  • Candidate will serve as data management subject matter expert (SME) for ensuring all existing data feeds support applications. they will configure RadiantOne Federated Identity Directory (FID) and Identity Correlation and Synchronization Server (ICS)

  • The candidate will create data sources, schemas, and views. This can include joining multiple data sources together to provide a comprehensive view of identity information. Each view should contain access controls and security mechanisms to provide only the attributes approved for the consumer

  • The candidate shall write interception scripts and custom Java classes to implement web services connections or complex joins and transformation of data to be presented in a virtual view as required

  • The candidate shall manage the enterprise attribute registry and update based on new attributes added

  • The candidate shall incorporate new attributes into any required existing views as required

  • The candidate will create briefing slides to provide data owners and privacy information on the attribute requests;

  • The candidate shall implement enhancements to existing views and logic built in the system

  • The candidate will provide automated scripts to deploy, update and maintain RadiantLogic and its components in Cloud. (Azure and/or AWS)

  • The candidate will provide automated scripts to deploy RadiantLogic code to various environments including development, test, staging, production, etc.
