Director of Finance

Red Spark is looking for a Director of Finance to join our remote team. As Director of Finance, you will report to the CEO and play an instrumental role in helping to drive the growth strategy by providing insightful commercial information.
+ Investigate, evaluate, and report on the financial health of Red Spark and its affiliates
+ Timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, banking relationships, auditors, government regulators, and outside agencies.
+ Analyze financials, provide insight, and report on key performance indicators to management, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to guide decision-making.
+ Provide all financial forecasting and generate reports on all data for the eCommerce portfolio and present to leadership.
+ Prepare and deliver monthly/periodic reporting including P+L statements, variance analysis, financial presentations, and metrics tracking.
+ Own budget and budget revision process.
+ Maintain consolidated rolling forecast to ensure achievement of established targets.
+ Create ad-hoc financial models to assist leadership with strategic eCommerce initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
+ Assess ROI on eCommerce sites.
+ Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
+ MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred
+ Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analytics
+ 5+ years of experience in finance with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and strong modeling skills.
+ Advanced knowledge of financial and analytical concepts, practices, and procedures in an eCommerce environment.
+ Must have proven competence in modeling capabilities, advanced Excel, and strong PowerPoint skills.
+ Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to think creatively.
+ Leadership capability to manage a team.
+ Must be curious, accurate, and detail-oriented.
+ Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic environment.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
