Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Assists in executing annual projects in alignment with the overall goals of the company
  • Multitasks, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
  • Utilizes knowledge of products, services, and brands
  • Stays informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Provides swift and attentive service
  • Participates in service, brand, and product knowledge training
  • Builds rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Resolves any problems, questions, or concerns with professionalism and open communication

Direct experience is preferred, but not required, as paid training is provided.
