Builder in Florence SC looking for a great candidate with top customer service experience who’s looking to build a career in the new home sales industry. We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about playing a critical role in making our customers Dream Home a reality! You would work directly with our Dream Home Consultants (Sales Representatives), our customers, and our Division Manager.
Requirements:
- Sales experience an asset – recently demonstrated in either Retail, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home Sales.
- Self-motivated, and Coach-able, looking to grow.
- Positive and passionate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Embrace a training program that will include following a proven process, active daily follow up.
- Listening skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Computer skills, current technology and daily follow up within the CRM.
- Willingness to work hard to make extra sales and fulfill clients dreams of home ownership.
- Willing to work weekends, as well as stay late for Sales events.
- Actively participate in a team environment.

You DO NOT need to have Real Estate License OR any construction or new home sales experience. Previous experience which required you to be detail orientated and follow a process is an asset.
