Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Mount Laurel is looking for a Full-Time Client Service Representative to handle incoming calls and resolve requests in a high-volume arena. Skills/Qualifications: Must possess strong interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the leadership team, customers and vendors Must have excellent phone skills and strong drive to find solutions Must able to identify issues and resolve requests in a timely manner Must be able to effectively read and interpret information Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback Must have above average computer skills to maintain efficiency . Some veterinary medical terminology and experience is preferred but looking for the right candidate to train if needed.
