We are a growing company and we need to grow our sales team as well. In a full time position you will assist our hiring office by calling through job applicants over the phone and scheduling them for job shadow days with our field reps. You will memorize a call sales talk and learn to use online programs that will help you schedule these shadow days.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Call applicants Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Work with our hiring manager to qualify and schedule new applicants
- You will aim to schedule 1 person per hour minimum
- Every now and then, after hours conversations will need to happen, but, for the most part, there are fairly typical business hours
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to work with excel spreadsheets
- Must have a clear phone voice
- Previous phone call / call center experience preferred
$15.00 per hour
