Why Work Here?

Work anywhere that colleges and books can be found, create your own schedule, and get paid while helping us reduce the cost of textbooks.

We started buying books in 2007 around Lexington, KY and have since grown into a national Benefit Corporation that purchases unwanted textbooks from college campuses and bookstores. These books are made available to students and organizations as discount books, which helps save them millions of dollars in book costs. Extra books will be donated to non-profit organizations or recycled locally as a last resort if the book is too old or damaged. Through this process of reuse and recycle we keep an average of 250 tons of paper waste out of landfills every single year. According to an EPA study this is the equivalent of saving 825 cubic yards of landfill space, 4,250 full grown trees, 62,500 lbs of carbon from the air, 95,000 gallons of oil, 1 million kilowatts of electricity, and 1.75 million gallons of water annually, all while helping students afford textbooks.
