The ideal candidate for our Client Relations Associate position will demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability work effectively both independently and part of the team. All candidates must possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
In this position you will work as a member of a team of professionals responsible for providing benefits and financial products to help our clients. You will work with potential customer and clients on a daily basis through email, over the phone as well as in face to face meetings. You will be required to maintain client profiles including keeping data points current, and managing targeted outreach campaigns.
• Service clients supporting agents and building strong relationships with the community as needed
• Respond to potential and current client inquiries and requests for information
• Follow standard policies and procedures when interacting with and resolving customer concerns to ensure quality outcomes
• Identify and communicate trends impacting the customer experience to management
