Dynamic, growing enterprise company needs an experienced Shipping & Receiving Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent Customer Service for multiple local Automotive Retail businesses. Responsibilities:

·         Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations for optimum Customer Satisfaction

·         Lead and direct the Shipping & Receiving staff for a productive and safe outcome

·         Setup layout and ensure a secure and efficient space utilization

·         Maintain physical inventory control and data system integrity

·         Implement procedures and work instructions that provide a safe and secure environment for employees and products

·         Manage vendor delivery for company performance and Customer Satisfaction

·         Maintain accurate and on time shipments

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Three (3) or more years’ experience in a warehouse lead role directing hourly employees

·         Proven successful development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures

·         Excellent inventory control skills

·         Excellent problem solving and leadership skills

·         Excellent written and verb al communication skills with all levels of an organization

·         Computer knowledgeable with MS Word and Excel skills

·         Knowledge of logistic software

·         Valid Driver’s License
