Required accounting experience with QuickBooks Online Software

Essential Functions

· Drive all bookkeeping and administrative functions

· Processing of AR/AP and collections activities

· Responsible for maintaining cash management systems

· Reconciling bank statements, software data, and vendor accounts

· Preparation of financial and managerial reports

· Ownership of all clerical work

Essential Qualifications

· Two (2) plus years of bookkeeping and administrative experience

· Verifiable experience with QuickBooks Online

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Verifiable expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel) is required

· Experience with reconciliations

· Experience with administrative and clerical duties

· Associate Degree preferred

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to manage multiple competing and/or rapidly changing priorities
