We are seeking an in office Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for answering and transferring high volume / busy calls, answering client questions, scheduling appointments. Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Answering high volume calls
- Schedule client appointments
- Answering client questions
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center/customer service setting preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
