Job Description

 We are seeking a Bilingual (SPANISH) Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for answering and transferring high volume / busy calls, answering client questions, scheduling appointments. Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume calls
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Answering client questions
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services provided

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center/customer service setting preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual SPANISH
