AEM Sales Account Manager (Virtual/Remote US Locations)

Requirements:

· The qualified candidate will have 4 to 5 years or more of Sales Account Management experience

· Year over Year (YOY) track record of increasing sales growth, within already established client accounts is required

· Must be accustomed to a Sales Account Management quota responsibility of $5 million or more in revenue

· Candidates must be adept with increasing sales growth, both vertically (up and down) and also horizontally within established client accounts and organizations

· Must have a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, from an account management perspective

· Must be adept with client ‘win backs’, i.e. re-establishing client relationships and accounts that were once held, but are no longer in place; thereby growing said revenue incrementally and consistently once the relationship has been re-established

· While this is a ‘Farmer’ or Relationship/Account Sales Management role, qualified candidates must be adept at hunting for sales opportunities, within already established client accounts and win back client accounts

· Must be adept at professionally, seeking or asking for referrals for sales business within, established client accounts and or win back accounts

· Technical sales experience is a requirement. However, the qualified candidate must be adept and comprehensible with negotiating sales business deals, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leaders and decision makers, at all levels within a client organization

· Must be accustomed to working in a startup or growth organization; willingness to work in such an environment will be considered instead of said previously mentioned experience, however

· Experience interfacing with all levels of staff, both inside and outside of a sales organization, both internally within employer organizations and also externally within client organizations is a requirement

· Must have 2 years minimum of experience selling and or upselling AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) services and or product

· Experience selling and or upselling other Adobe products and services such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, etc. are a plus

· Experience growing client revenue globally from an Account Management perspective, as it relates to Managed Services, BPO, ITO, Staff Augmentation sales, within established accounts is a plus. However, qualified candidates should be willing to ramp up on this skill

· Experience with Account Management Sales, within a company, seeking to go IPO, is a plus, but is not a requirement

This will be a full-time job at our client, including but not limited to:

Compensation Structure:

o Base Salary + Sales Bonus (not commission), paid according to the percentage of client sales growth, from account management efforts

o Total OTE (On Target Earnings)/TTC (Total Target Compensation): $125K minimum annually (if minimum sales targets are achieved), with no cap on bonus earnings based on percentage of client growth
