Primary Job Duties: This position will be working at a single local location in Thief River Falls, MN. maintaining and servicing all HVAC systems including humidification systems and server rooms.

Job Title: Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Thief River Falls, Minnesota

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with occasion overtime

Compensation: Up to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs. Potential annual earnings $100K

Qualification:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 + years of Commercial Service Experience
• EPA certification
• Experience servicing packaged rooftop units, humidifiers, steam humidifiers, cooling towers, server rooms air & water cooled
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Advanced customer service experience
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
