Recovery Place is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment facility providing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, medication management, aftercare, and 12-step recovery programs. Currently we are seeking to fill the position of Residential Program Director to join our team. The Program Director provides individual and group substance abuse/addiction counseling services and case management services as part of a comprehensive prevention and treatment program. The Program Director works within the program’s team model, establishing open communication, developing sound clinical decisions, and possessing a strong comprehension of agency services and programs. S/he oversees the department’s treatment services for the organization and supervises all counselors in the department.

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for helping people. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health, Public Health, Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with five years of experience in the field of substance abuse treatment; clinical licensure and/or certification is preferred. This position may require the candidate to work evening or weekend hours to meet the needs of the business. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
