Job Description

Job Summary:

The Client Services Supervisor will be responsible for supporting a team of Client Service Representatives. This individual will serve as the point of contact for escalated client issues. This position requires professional and effective corporate communication skills, demonstrated technical telecommunications, proficiencies and operation efficiency to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaboration with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Attends key account meetings with clients and build strong working relationships
  • Handle escalated calls and defuse potential complaints
  • Responsible for required client reporting
  • Coaching, training and develop staff
  • Execute disciplinary actions towards staff regarding policy violations and performance issues
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policy and procedures
  • Delivers exceptional client service and support that underpins the ongoing relationship between the client and organization
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
  • Responsible for ensuring all emails and communication with the client are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently work under aggressive timelines while managing multiple projects
  • Demonstrates the ability to coach, motivate, and provide performance feedback to staff in accordance with company expectations
  • High level of personal and professional presentation
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel (graphs, tables and formulas)
  • Strong data analysis required
  • Strong work ethics

Education and Experience:

  • BS Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of client relations, or account management experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience with invoices, healthcare billing and collections

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
