Job Description: We are currently seeking to hire Laboratory Sales Representatives to work remotely from their own city and have at least one year experience in working with Physician offices either in Pharmaceutical, DME, Cancer Screening. PGX, Gene testing and more...
- Position Responsibilities:
§ Report directly to the VP Sales Director
§ Establish relationships with Physician offices, Clinics, Physician Groups and Hospitals
§ Maintain a high level of customer service
§ Deliver prompt and frequent updates to the management through email and reports
§ Manage and train physician offices for genetic testing
§ Adhere to compliance and regulations
§ Generate new accounts and penetrate the local physician marketplace
§ Reach and exceed agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
§ Develop and enhance account relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, and prompt issue resolution.
§ Establish yourself as a trusted expert through mastering product knowledge and differentiating our solutions from the competition.
§ Independently make decisions, but also utilize available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with cross-functional team of internal resources
§ Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts (i.e. MD and office staff) at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.
§ Applies a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness
- Minimum Qualifications
§ One year working in the Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, DME. Cancer Screening and PGX sales
§ Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in outside business to business sales with a proven track record of success.
§ Can NOT have any convictions for fraud or felonies. Candidates must be able to successfully pass background
§ Must have a valid Driver License and a vehicle to use for work on a daily basis.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
§ Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills
§ Must be a team player
§ Must have organizational skills
§ Ability to follow directions and work independently.
§ Experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target physicians preferred
§ Self-starter, team player, proven leadership qualities
