Job purpose summary

Real Time Medical Systems is an interventional analytics software company providing predictive clinical and financial analytics empowering skilled nursing facilities to improve outcomes by supporting specific programs such as QIO Collaboration. Real Time is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused, and quality driven Implementation and Clinical Account Specialist. Managing customer relationships and training are the account specialist’s most important roles to maintain overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

Qualified individuals must have the ability to perform the following duties:

  • Under the leadership of the Implementation Clinical Account Director, complete a training program designed to meet the individual needs of the account while maintaining QIO/Special Programs performance deliverables.

  • Coordinate with the Program Manager on timelines for implementation and training.

  • Build relationships by becoming a point of contact monitoring and managing the customers experience and satisfaction, thus improving engagement of our product and services.

  • Identify customers satisfaction level and communicate internally; implement specific account management strategies to improve customer satisfaction

  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure that all departments understand QIO Statement of work metrics and respond with the correct quality of service.

  • Track QIO implementation facilities and ensure invitations for training is sent. Monitor attendance activities. Report on attendance for Monthly QIO metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for feature enhancements with customers and communicate effectively with supervisor.

  • Display Strong knowledge of Real Time Medical Systems and understanding of long-term care industry as well as QIO Scope of work outcomes versus requirements for participation.

  • Perform Real Time Medical Systems training and continued support monitoring customer’s utilization and incorporation of Real Time.

  • Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills managing assignments.

  • Develop collaborative relationships amongst various internal departments

  • Provide feedback and support items reviewed with supervisor and possible elevation to engineering and product development teams

  • Be results driven, with excellent customer relationship, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Support sales and marketing team and programs. Communicate with supervisor, marketing team testimonials around Real Time product or implementation services

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse /Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.

  • Long term care / Post-Acute Nursing facility experience 3-5 years as health care professional.

  • Staff Development / Staff Educator experience preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience of Electronic Health Care Records, proper management of PHI.

  • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to problem solve and communicate within a highly skilled team.

  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Working conditions

Position requires minimal amount of travel.

Remote/Work from anywhere work environment

Physical requirements

Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.
