Job Description

As a franchisee of one of the largest residential management corporations in the United States.  Our company is based in Troy and looking for an extremely organized individual for the Property Management Customer Service position to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to multi-task, follow up and handle communication with tenants, owners and vendors
  • Must have office experience
  • Answer phone calls, talk with clients and customers and be able to juggle work load
  • Great people skills and must be a team player
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Great computer skills
  • Property management experience a plus
  • Full time position in office environment from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
