We are growing!!

Real Life Prosthetics is searching for administrative and funding support in our Abingdon, MD location. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, is able to multi-task, and who will treat our patients with dignity and compassion. Someone who will provide the best level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources is a must!

The following ways administrative support will contribute to our team include (but are not limited to):

-Creating new patient files/entering info in computer

-Verifying insurance coverage, checking benefits

-Obtaining authorizations

-Accurately quoting to patients

-Obtaining required physician documentation

-Following up on claims / Appeals

-Learning different insurance Policies / Procedures

-Provide support for Quality Control

-Greeting patients / visitors

-Answering calls/questions in a professional manner

-Scheduling

-Help with other various front office, administrative, funding tasks

Serious candidates who are looking for a long-term career must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of office administrative experience, and a valid driver's license. You must be teachable, willing to learn with a positive attitude, and work well with others in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

ESTIMATED START DATE:  Between January 23 - 30, 2023

Job hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
