It's All About Your Name In Lights! You be the boss of your DBA name that you pick. You “buy” our services as broker over what you pick “doing business as” so that you are in compliance. We heavily screen veteran candidates for this particular position because in essence you are your own boss but you have to have a broker of record.

2 Options for commission plans available depending on your needs:
1) Commission Compensation: Keep 100% of commission earned less a modest fee on The Matrix provided. To follow the tiered commission “Buy A Broker” Transaction Fee Schedule table provided and paid directly to agent from escrow, 100% of gross sales commission minus the transaction fee from the table payable directly from escrow to Broker. Said transaction fee from the table is roughly a minimum of $1,000 per transaction per side up to a sale price of $1,000,000.00, then $2,000.00 transaction fee per side for transactions $1,000,001.00-$1999, 999.00. Then the calculation is 4% of gross commissions for transactions from $2,000,000.00 sale price on up. If same agent double ends a deal, the fee applies to BOTH sides of the transaction. 2) Commission Compensation: Modest Monthly fee of $150.00 + a per transaction fee of $500.00 regardless of sale price, paid directly from escrow. You keep 100% of gross sales commission minus the $500.00 transaction fee and E&O premium. If same agent double ends a deal, the fee applies to BOTH sides of the transaction.
(After a 3 month start-up time window from the date of hire, if agent requires more than the 10 contacts for help other than policy, per deal, they may move to the 90/10 split, and accordingly on up to the 60/40 split if there are any compliance issues or complaints on a transaction. This would be a per transaction arrangement.)
Name recognition. You've already been in business and your clients already know you and this is your chance to Brand yourself instead of a big Corporation. It does NOT cost 20% of your closing to market the property, contrary to what big corporations would have you believe!
Freedom to: Agents! Advertise YOUR OWN NAME AND YOUR DBA BUSINESS NAME and YOUR OWN BRANDING as per MLS, CAR, and state rules! Do your own web design and choose DBA to do it, along with your own marketing….but this time THE NAME YOU PICK! You choose your own region of focus, anywhere in the state of California. You make your own work schedule. You are able to partner with other agents in other firms to close transactions and split commissions or work share, or to partner with agents across state lines, as long as they are licensed in the same state the property is closing in. You have the freedom to work as independently as you wish within state and association guidelines, plus the freedom to expand. Option to become the broker yourself is encouraged, but not necessary.

Required: 15+ years real estate agent experience, in any state. Off-site only, no on site office desks available however you have freedom to lease an office anywhere you choose. CA real estate license active to join, please provide DRE#. Tech Savvy, current with industry technology systems such as email, digital document signing, cloud storage, etc. Transfers from other states welcome!
Stay: Compliant, current on your continuing education, current on your real estate MLS dues, current on your state licensing requirements, out of court, positive, productive, prosperous, and independent!
