I am a very busy real estate agent who is also the managing broker, head of marketing, HR person, Mortgage Company Liason, Mom of one amazing 9 year old, volunteer advocate and more! People often ask how I do it all, and to be honest with you -- I don't do it alone. For the last two years I have had an amazing assistant who helped with all aspects of my business life -- I jokingly called her my work wife. Alas, due to some person family reasons she has moved out of state and remote working wasn't an option.
I am looking for someone to run along side me and help with all aspects of my job. Every day is different and NEVER boring. Below is a list of the things you might do.
Spend time at my Retail Based Real Estate Offices in either Lone Tree or Broomfield or coming soon to Lakewood
Follow up with walk-in leads and referrals
Meet the photographer to take photos of a house
Drop off an Earnest Money check to the Title Company
Stop by a new home sales center to get brochures or floorplans
Post a new job and screen applicants
Sit on hold with tech support for 20 mins to find out why our scanner is translating things to chinese (this really happened)
Help decorate the office for HOlidays
Manage my facebook posts
Assist with marketing content for flyers, blogs etc.
If licensed - take clients to properties or new home communities
I may need two people to replace my one but I am hopeful that I can find my right hand again because I am spinning a little to the left without one.
Base + Bonuses = to $75-100k a year. This will be a 50 hour a week job, sometimes more sometimes less. I am a great boss and I will push you to grow in your job but I will appreciate and reward you and also be working just as hard along side of you.
