Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Personal Assistant to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities loan docs, design docs, emails, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
