Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help organize its busy office. We are looking for a sharp, intuitive, energetic person to take responsibility for marketing/event coordination and agent on-boarding. Candidate must possess the following skills: administrative, graphic design, social media, customer-service and organizational skills. This person must also have advanced computer/technology skills and is a self-starter. The ideal candidate loves making all of the pieces to the puzzle fit together. Candidate should be able to balance multiple tasks at once and not allow things to fall through the cracks. The candidate works directly with the Owner, CEO and Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO/Team Leader in planning and maintaining their schedule
  • Assist with planning and execution of monthly meetings, events, and training
  • Create marketing flyers and campaigns for classes and various events
  • Create marketing campaigns to help create brand awareness of the company
  • Screen phone calls, emails, mail, and visitors; route and resolve information requests
  • Maintain the training and education calendar
  • Maintain relationships with agents as well as vendors
  • Provide detailed data, information, and resources in preparation for meetings
  • Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing agents
  • Maintain agent licenses and ensure compliance
  • Assist Broker with Division paperwork and forms

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in scheduling, and administrative experience
  • Must be creative and enjoy creating marketing materials
  • Minimum 2 years in experience of providing support in a fast-paced environment (experience with high growth start-up environments is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years in supporting C-Level Executives
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support and service
  • Immediate availability, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Adobe Photo Shop, Canva, Photoshop
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Social Media Websites
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group

This is a full-time job and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
