HOURLY RATE: Competitive base hourly pay starting at $15.00-$17.00+/hour depending upon experience. **NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY! Inquire about specifics during your interview!

THE COMPANY: Real Equity Management is a property management firm with a portfolio of assets centered around both commercial and residential real estate. Their primary focus however is in market-rate and student multi-family communities.

THE HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR POSITION: Real Equity Management is looking to hire a full-time Hotel Housekeeping Assistant Manager for one of our hotel assets; The Towneplace Suites by Marriott.

HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR DESCRIPTION:

  • Assists Housekeeping Manager with training of housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Assists Housekeeping Manager with the oversight of staff on a daily basis
  • Checks rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
  • Assists with scheduling shifts and arranging for replacements in cases of absence
  • Helps with education of staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Motivates team members and resolves any issues that occur on the job
  • Responds to customer complaints and special requests
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
  • Participates in large cleaning projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous work experience as a Lead Housekeeper or similar role
  • High-end/luxury hotel experience; preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A+ attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Professional demeanor and ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Clean background
  • Ability to walk sit stand bend lift and move continually during working hours.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds
