Real Diagnostics is seeking highly qualified, energetic, talented, and results-driven individuals. We offer diagnostic tests for patients suffering with Sexually Transmitted Infections, Urinary Tract Infections, cystitis, prostatitis or other types of infections associated with bacteria in the Urinary Tract. Our Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) produces personalized treatment options so clinicians can prescribe with confidence.
In this role you’ll be responsible for hunting and closing new business in the UTI/STI testing market. You’ll have call point ownership of specialty physician practices and specialty clinics. This includes owning the call point on Ob/Gyn, urology, urogynecology, internal medicine, and urgent care. You’ll be responsible for cultivating an ongoing relationship with key decision makers to ensure a relationship with these customers is established and nourished.
- Produce sales through new lead generation, referrals and establishing relationships with prospective customers
- Target and close new opportunities
- Maintain and pursue strong knowledge of all products
- Ensure compliance with company polices and government regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences.
- Strong medical/scientific background and understanding of molecular diagnostic testing
- Ability to secure and retain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Solid PC skills
- 3+ years of sales experience in selling BTB with a history of documented sales success
- Previous responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory and/or diagnostics sales selling to medical professionals is preferred
- Candidate must have residency in close proximity of territory
- A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record in good standing
