Job Description
Your mission, like a Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Job Duties will include:

  • Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary

  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues

  • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

  • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations

General Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Customer service experience a plus

  • Phone-related customer service a major plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

We are a small friendly office with 8-10 employees. We all keep busy with multiple tasks and numerous responsibilities. We are looking for a self-starter that does not need supervision and can make correct decisions regarding customer issues, follow our procedures and help us continue to refine and develop additional and better procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $615.00 - $700.00 per week


  • Paid time off


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
