POSITION: Intensive Work Services Supervisor

LOCATION: Reach, Inc. Work Center

FTE: Full Time, 40 hours a week

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8a-5p

WAGE: $19.11/hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Intensive Work Services program. The Intensive Work Services Supervisor oversees all staff on their team. This includes hiring, orienting, performance reviews, & any disciplinary action necessary. The supervisor assures client health and safety needs are met. The Intensive Work Services staff is responsible for providing skills training in both the Work Center & community employment.

QUALIFICATIONS: BA in human services or related field, 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position, and 2 years working with people with disabilities, or an equivalent combination of the three. The individual must have the ability to communicate clearly and have thorough knowledge of behavior management techniques. Additional education in the area of human services is preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certifications or other training. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
