Job Description

 ReGo Trading Inc. is searching for a Secretary to help guide and satisfy the needs of our customers. A person who is computer, phone and customer service savvy and wants to learn new skills will be a great applicant for this position. Must not be intimidated by multi-tasking as you will be asked to enter data, answer phones, schedule deliveries, and resolve customer conflicts. Lots of room to grow!  https://regowholesale.com/

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm/ Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

 

Responsibilities Include (But not limited to):

  • Utilize phone and computer skills
  • Enter Sales Orders
  • Schedule Inbound shipments
  • File new account applications
  • Follow up and create strong relationships with existing customers
  • Work as a team with other departments
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues with customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and negotiation skills
  • Dependable
