Financial Analyst - Client Finance

Job Description PLEASE NOTE: We would strongly prefer that this person be local to the metro-NYC area and willing to come onsite 2-3 days/week. However, we will also consider candidates residing in a major ET/CT metro (Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, Boston, etc.) who are willing to work remotely and are also open to occasional travel to New York City. Razorfish is looking for a talented mid-career Finance Associate to join our Finance team and provide regional support to our client finance function and initiatives. About You: You've been working in corporate accounting or finance for the past 2-5 years but feel like your future is more closely aligned to financial ops/strategy than to actual hands-on accounting. You are a client whisperer, able to work closely with clients and stakeholders to  develop insights, recommend action steps, and understand, triage, and resolve issues as it relates to their financial workflows. You are a natural problem-solver who is more interested in understanding the process than simply following an SOP of action steps. You an expert with financial reconciliations but also possess very strong knowledge and capability across broader financial operations, reporting, rev rec, forecasting, tracking, and analysis. You are naturally process-driven with a fanatical attention to detail. You are tech-savvy and able to effectively work within multiple specialized systems like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Excel. You are a strong, confident communicator and aren't afraid to independently lead presentations, tackle issues head-on, and reach out to colleagues and clients to identify solutions.
