Job DescriptionCreative Directors at Razorfish are the visionary leaders responsible for driving creative excellence. They inspire teams to conceive, develop and execute industry leading creative solutions that power both our clients marketing transformation and the very real need to meet people where they are.The Creative Director will serve as the principal creative lead and manage a creative team on one of our major AOR accounts. They are responsible for directing all phases of creative work for the assigned account from concept development through production, for inspiring and motivating creative teams, and are accountable for developing and directing integrated, cross-channel creative work of the highest caliber.
The Creative Director assists in the management of the creative department through project planning and staffing estimation, Creative staff evaluations and coaching.Tasks and responsibilities include:Responsible for creating on-brand, on-strategy compelling multi-channel creative for our clientResponsible for mentoring and leading creative staff and being available to guide and improve their work to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning workActively participates in assigned new business development efforts, leading creative teams and developing client response materialsAssign and oversee Creative teams and resourcesLead multi-disciplinary teams in the creation of best-in-class user experiences and ensure retention and satisfaction of team members through creative inspirationCollaborate with strategists, account managers, and other Creatives to establish project frameworksAct as a recognized and active resource for others in the company by continually blazing a trail of creativity and innovationPossess complete understanding of the overall vision of the projectDrive Innovation.
