Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) Global Intelligence Solutions (GIS) Business area is currently seeking a Sr Principal Systems Engineering And Integration Team Lead to provide leadership and technical direction of the Magnus and Kerberos Programs. Raytheon is seeking an individual who understands ground segment development and has demonstrated successful technical leadership of a ground segment program. The Sr Principal Systems Engineering And Integration Team Lead will lead the system engineering and test efforts in an agile development of both programs with a medium-size team (<25 engineers). As the Sr Principal Systems Engineering And Integration Team Lead , you will lead a team of engineers to accomplish system engineering, integration and test tasks at the system level. The SEIT Lead is responsible for Demonstrating to the customer the system meets all technical requirements Managing personnel in all aspects of Systems Engineering, approving the SE/Test plans, providing technical advice and resolving SE/Test implementation, resource and schedule issues Preparing, implementing and executing corrective plans based on metrics, ensure system readiness and integrity, establish and provide estimates, and develop schedules and written proposals Coordinating across the development teams, in addition to working directly with Program Management and the Customer Attending and presenting at customer and technical meetings Representing the SE organization in matters pertaining to the development and progress of both programs CAM for SE and Test: Earned Value performance for each program Section Manager reporting to the Department Manager , with support from SE/Test leads as line leads The Sr Principal Systems Engineering And Integration Team Lead will report functionally to Systems Engineering, but on the program directly to the Program Manager and Program Engineer. The lead needs to be able to work closely with program management and the software discipline to produce a quality product on schedule. The lead also needs to work collaboratively with the prime and customer, which includes support of multiple external working groups. In addition, the lead will be required to support and sometimes lead, small to large ECP/RFP proposal for program changes. Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizens with a current/active TS/SCI This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus up to 40k for a candidate with a current TS/SCI and that can be verified and hired at Raytheon. Required Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline with a minimum 10 years of related engineering experience on medium to large scale Systems Engineering And Integration Teams. Experience leading a medium to large engineering teams Experience managing cost and schedule for I&T activities as defined in the program planning and ensuring that the proper mix of resources and experience is available for the program Understanding of the SE lifecycle and change management process Ground satellite development or operations experience in command and telemetry, flight dynamics, and/or mission planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong technical skills EV-Certified Ability to problem-solve complex situations Experience working in a multi-discipline environment Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team Desired Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills: Experience with multiple ground domains (command and telemetry, flight dynamics, mission planning) EV-Certified Experience in an Agile or DevOps development environment Experience as Agile Scrum-master or Product Owner Six sigma certified Education Requirements: B.S./M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree This position requires either a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. #SEIT #SESpaceColorado IISBONUS COSEE CONETWORK
