Job Description

The Ray’s Flooring Service Customer Specialist is to create and maintain productive relationships with clients by ensuring all service requests are resolved to the client’s satisfaction as quickly as possible while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional customer service
Follow company filing procedures and maintain all records as required
Maintain productive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors
Propose and implement changes to our operations which enhance our business
Establish and maintain excellent communication both with clients and your team
Process all service requests per current Rays Flooring policies and procedures
Process all claims per current Rays Flooring policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Prefers flooring or construction administrative experience
Must be able to multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and work well individually and as a team player
Strong customer services skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Calendar and Email

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
