A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this office position, you are the face and voice of our company. Using your exceptional communication skills, you make a lasting impression by listening intently and building rapport. You are clear and tactful as you offer system upgrade options and outline the estimating process for new and existing customers. With great attention to detail, you schedule appointments in a way that's convenient for clients and maximizes our technicians' time. Additionally, you perform other administrative duties as needed. You find great fulfillment in helping others and contributing to the company's success in a big way!
